On Yucatán’s Costa Esmeralda, SUNO redefines the vacation residence experience with a private enclave that fuses contemporary architecture, shared ownership, and resort-style services.
Set across five levels, the project features bright residences surrounded by native vegetation, where the boundaries between indoors and outdoors fade to create a continuous connection with the landscape. Each unit is designed to maximize privacy, capture the views, and provide a lasting sense of calm and wellbeing.
SUNO’s design responds to the coastal landscape of San Bruno. The architecture is structured as a horizontal volume across five levels above ground, oriented to optimize views, airflow, and natural light.
Its undulating balconies echo the rhythm of the sea, while the use of chukum plaster, local stone, warm wood, and large glass surfaces reinforces its connection with the surroundings and ensures durability in tropical conditions.
At ground level, the shared areas are woven into preserved native greenery: pool, palapas, lounge chairs, and beachfront relaxation zones.
Suno’s residences combine functionality, design, and serenity. Each unit is fully equipped and furnished, with interiors and exteriors distributed to offer generous light, space, and a fluid connection with the natural environment.
The architecture reflects a bohemian style with contemporary touches, and each space is elegantly appointed.
